Please note
- Air tickets and on-site paid options may follow separate policies.
- Force majeure (natural disasters, flight cancellations) is handled separately.
- If a departure is cancelled due to insufficient minimum pax, you get a full refund.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of confirmed cancellation.
