Membership Tiers
CharmTour membership tiers are our way of thanking customers who travel with us. They apply automatically once you join and rise to bigger rewards based on your travel history.

1. What are membership tiers
Membership tiers are four levels (Basic, Silver, Gold, Diamond) assigned automatically based on your recent travel history. There's no application or fee — every member qualifies, and as your tier rises your point-earning multiplier and exclusive perks grow.
- Tiers are free and apply automatically once you sign up.
- They are recalculated automatically each month based on completed trips.
- A higher tier means a larger point multiplier and a tier thank-you coupon.
2. Tiers and benefits
The thresholds and benefits of each tier are shown below. Thresholds are based on completed trips over a rolling 24 months (the last two years); meeting either the trip count or the amount is enough.

Meeting either the trip count or the amount (THB) is enough. * During the event (15 Jul–31 Aug 2026), only half of the above is required — see the event page for details.
3. How tiers are calculated
- Calculations are based on completed trips over a rolling 24 months (the last two years).
- A completed trip = a booking whose return date has passed, payment is confirmed (PAID), and which was not cancelled or refunded.
- Your record is measured on two axes — number of completed trips and amount paid (THB-converted actual payment); meeting either qualifies you for that tier.
- Cancelled/refunded bookings and pre-travel bookings do not count.
4. Upgrades and downgrades
- Tiers are recalculated automatically on the 1st of each month (with extra recalculations when needed, e.g. during events).
- When you meet a threshold you are upgraded immediately, a tier thank-you coupon is issued automatically, and we send a congratulatory LINE alert.
- An upgraded tier is guaranteed for 12 months from the upgrade date — during this period you won't be downgraded even if your record drops below the threshold.
- After the 12-month guarantee, if your record no longer meets the threshold, your tier may be adjusted by one step at recalculation.
5. Manual adjustment · enquiries
Tiers set manually by our staff (e.g. VIP courtesy) are excluded from auto-recalculation and retained. You can review your tier basis and history in My Page; for tier-related enquiries, please contact us through our official LINE account.
