How It Works
The process is systematically managed from booking to the end of the service.
- Service Booking: Submit a booking request including your preferred date, time, child's age, and any special requirements.
- Booking Confirmation: It takes approximately one day for the local agency to verify staff availability, after which you will receive a confirmation notice.
- Receive Voucher: You will receive a voucher containing the confirmed booking details.
- Sitter Matching & Meeting: At the appointed time, the sitter will visit your accommodation (hotel/resort) to meet you and begin childcare.
- Service Delivery: The care service is provided according to your requested schedule, followed by settlement and wrap-up upon completion.
Terms & Safety
- Identity Verification: All sitters are composed of personnel who have undergone identity checks (ID Check) and basic criminal record checks by the local agency.
- Safety Training: For added safety, some premium sitters are certified in CPR and basic first aid.
- Language Communication: Sitters generally communicate in Vietnamese and basic English. Detailed requests should be coordinated in advance during booking.
- Important Note: When using kids' clubs within resorts, some large resorts such as Vinpearl or Amiana may restrict the entry of external personnel, so prior verification is required.
- Insurance Notice: According to the local company's limitation of liability regulations, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance before using the service.
What to Bring & Dress Code
- Child-Specific Supplies: Please prepare essential childcare items such as diapers, baby bottles, formula, and wet wipes.
- Spare Clothes & Snacks: We recommend preparing a change of clothes and simple snacks that your child prefers.
- Medicine: If your child takes regular medication or emergency medicine, please provide it to the sitter along with precise dosage instructions.
- Activity Wear: For outdoor activities or theme park visits, please have your child wear comfortable activewear and shoes.
Notice
- Service Hours: Bookings are available for a minimum of 4 hours, and a maximum of 12 hours per day is recommended.
- Meals: If the sitter works for 8 consecutive hours, meals for the sitter must be provided.
- Additional Costs: Entrance fees for tourist attractions and theme parks, as well as the sitter's transportation costs to the accommodation (e.g., Grab fees), must be borne by the customer.
- Night Surcharge: A surcharge of 1.5 to 2 times the base rate may apply for services used during late-night hours.
- Communication: Korean-speaking sitters are very rare. Please use a translation app or request an English-speaking sitter during booking if needed.
