Upon arrival at the sanctuary entrance, transfer to an eco-friendly electric shuttle cart for a comfortable ride to the temple complex entrance. Most hotels located in the core areas of Da Nang city and near My Khe Beach offer complimentary round-trip pickup/drop-off from their lobbies. To avoid traffic congestion, please be ready in the lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled meeting time.

Pickup is unavailable in areas like Son Tra Peninsula in northern Da Nang (e.g., InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort) or resorts bordering Hoi An (e.g., Naman Retreat, Shilla Monogram). Alternatively, an additional vehicle fee of approximately 10,000-30,000 VND per team per way may apply. In such cases, you will need to come directly to a designated meeting point in Da Nang city at the agreed time, which will be communicated in advance.
Important Notes for Use
- Late Arrival & No-Show Policy: Due to the nature of join-in tours, other travelers will depart together. If you are late for the meeting time, the tour will depart without waiting. No cancellations, changes, or refunds are possible for same-day no-shows due to lateness.
- Minimum Number of Participants: Group join-in tours require a minimum of 2 participants. If the minimum is not met by the day before, the tour may be canceled. (In this case, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.) Private tours are 100% confirmed for immediate departure even with 1-2 participants.
- Dress Code: My Son Sanctuary is a religious site, so excessively revealing clothing may result in denied entry. Please wear attire that covers your knees and shoulders, and comfortable walking shoes or sandals suitable for outdoor walking.
- What to Bring: As there is little shade outdoors, it can be hot during midday. We strongly recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, a personal umbrella, and a light personal beverage for hydration.

Q. Will the tour proceed even if it rains?
A. Yes, due to the characteristics of the Central Vietnam region, tours will proceed normally with raincoats during light rain. However, in the event of heavy rain at the level of a typhoon or local government safety controls, the tour may be canceled on the morning of and a full refund will be processed.
Q. Does the join-in tour guide speak Korean?
A. Join-in (group) tours are participated in by multinational travelers from around the world, so the guide generally conducts the tour in simple English. If you desire complete Korean storytelling, please select the 'Private Tour with Korean Guide' option when booking.
