This product provides a Hotel Pick-up Service.
- Pick-up Location: The lobby of the designated hotel in Nha Trang city provided during booking.
- How to Identify Guide: A local Thai-speaking guide will be waiting with a picket displaying your name.
- Time Notice: Please be waiting in the lobby 10 minutes before the start of each schedule. (The exact pick-up time will be informed by the guide via messenger the day before.)
Important Notes
- Punctuality: If you are more than 15 minutes late for pick-up, the overall schedule may inevitably be adjusted, which may affect other customers.
- Dress Code: When visiting temples such as Po Nagar Cham Towers and Long Son Pagoda, entry may be restricted for short skirts above the knee or sleeveless tops. Please prepare a light outer garment or scarf.
- VinWonders Usage: VinWonders admission tickets and internal cable car fees are not included and must be purchased individually on-site.
- Massage Precautions: For the 60-minute full-body massage, pregnant women or those with cardiovascular diseases must inform the guide in advance, and usage may be restricted.
- Personal Expenses: Snacks, drinks, alcohol, and gratuities other than the designated meals are at your own expense.
- Weather Conditions: For safety, the hopping tour may be changed or canceled in case of bad weather, in which case an alternative city course will be provided.
