How It Works
The process is systematically managed from pre-reservation to pickup.
- Pre-reservation: Complete your reservation request, including the design and lettering, at least 2 days before the desired pickup date.
- Design Confirmation: Within one day of the reservation, we will confirm the feasibility and finalize the design.
- Cake Production: A professional pastry chef will carefully craft the cake according to the specified options (20cm size).
- Pickup and Verification: Pick up and verify your cake at the designated location between 09:00 and 18:00.
Terms & Conditions
- Reservation Lead Time: As this is a custom-made product, reservations must be completed at least 2 days prior to the pickup date.
- Pickup Punctuality: Please pick up the cake during store hours (09:00 ~ 18:00) to ensure maximum freshness.
- Allergy Notice: If you have allergies to basic ingredients such as flour, butter, eggs, or fresh cream, please notify us during the reservation.
- Storage Warning: Due to the hot and humid climate of Vietnam, we strongly recommend immediate refrigeration after pickup.
What to Bring & Tips
- Reservation Voucher: Please present your mobile or printed voucher for identity verification upon pickup.
- Candles & Decorations: Basic candles are provided, but we recommend preparing your own special toppers or additional decorations if needed.
- Transportation: To prevent damage to the cake, vehicle transport (e.g., Grab) is highly recommended. Additional fees may apply for delivery services.
Important Notes
- Design Limitations: If the requested design is overly complex, it may be slightly modified based on the expert's judgment during production.
- Pickup Location: Please double-check your chosen pickup method (store pickup or hotel delivery) made during the reservation.
- Quality Maintenance: Due to the nature of fresh food, refunds are not possible for simple changes of mind after pickup.
