R1 · Vinpearl Golf Nha Trang (IMG, 2011)
Set on Hon Tre Island in Nha Trang Bay, this is Vietnam's first international-standard island course. IMG routed it along 800m of beach and through the valley, giving ocean views from every hole — widely rated the most scenic course in Vietnam. The par-3 16th plays against the South China Sea and the long par-4 4th is a highlight. Getting there is part of the trip: cross by a ~3.3km over-sea cable car or a 12–15 minute speedboat.
R2 · KN Golf Links Cam Ranh, The Links (Greg Norman, 2018)
Greg Norman built one of Asia's premier true links into the natural dunes of Cam Ranh. The 7,165-yard championship layout rolls through the sand hills with views over the sea and distant islands, where reading the wind is everything. Named 'Asia's Best New Golf Course' in its opening year, it offers a tougher counterpoint to the scenic island round.
