How It Works
Our service operates through a systematic process from booking to completion.
- Service Booking: Submit a booking request specifying the desired date, time, child's age, and any special requirements.
- Assignment and Confirmation: We match the best sitter based on your requests. Please allow approximately one business day for confirmation after booking.
- Receiving Voucher: Once the matching is complete, a confirmation voucher will be sent to you.
- Local Meeting and Service Start: Meet the sitter at the designated time and place (e.g., hotel lobby) to begin the customized care service.
- Service Completion: Once the agreed time ends, the child is handed back to the parents, and the service is concluded.
Requirements and Safety
- Verified Personnel: We only deploy staff who have completed background checks, interviews, and reference checks through professional agencies.
- Emergency Response: Many of our sitters are trained in basic CPR and first aid to prepare for any safety incidents.
- Language Communication: Sitters who can communicate in English are assigned by default. Special language requests require separate consultation.
- Adherence to Safety Rules: The child's safety is our top priority in all activities, and sitters will provide close supervision during outdoor activities.
- Health Status Check: Please inform us of any allergies, special physical conditions, or health concerns during booking to ensure safe care.
What to Bring and Dress Code
- Child's Personal Items: Please prepare essential personal items such as diapers, baby bottles, formula, and wet wipes.
- Clothing: Considering Da Nang's hot weather, we recommend breathable cotton clothing and spare sets of clothes.
- Hygiene and Sun Protection: Please bring sunscreen, hats, and personal emergency medicine for outdoor activities.
- Snacks and Drinks: Bringing snacks or drinks that your child usually enjoys can help them adjust to a new environment.
Important Notices
- Booking Confirmation Period: This product cannot be confirmed instantly. Approximately one day is required for sitter matching after booking.
- Additional Costs: Entrance fees and experience costs incurred when visiting tourist attractions or amusement parks must be borne by the customer.
- Meal Provision: If the sitter is used continuously for 8 hours or more, please provide meals for the sitter.
- Communication Notice: Korean-speaking sitters are very rare. If requested, additional costs may apply, or the service may be provided with a manager accompanying the sitter.
