How It Works

This product operates on a pre-reservation basis and proceeds in the following steps.

1. Product Reservation: Complete your reservation request at least 2 days before the desired delivery date.
2. Confirm Detailed Options: Finalize and provide the design (sample or custom image), cake flavor, and lettering text.
3. Cake Production: A local professional cake shop will carefully craft the cake according to your requested design.
4. Receipt and Confirmation: Receive your cake between 08:00 and 23:00 daily at your designated pickup location (e.g., hotel lobby desk).

Requirements & Safety

• Reservation Deadline: To ensure smooth production, reservations must be completed at least 2 days before the pickup date.
• Pickup Time: Available for pickup daily from 08:00 to 23:00; precise timing needs to be coordinated.
• Storage Caution: As this is a fresh food product, we recommend refrigerating it immediately upon receipt. It may deform if exposed to high external temperatures.
• Allergy Check: If you have allergies to specific ingredients (nuts, dairy, etc.), please inform us during the reservation process.

What to Bring & Attire

• Reservation Voucher: Please prepare your mobile voucher for verification during pickup.
• Recipient Information: For hotel lobby delivery, informing the hotel in advance of your name and reservation details will allow for faster pickup.
• Candles & Decorations: If you require additional party supplies beyond the basic configuration, we recommend preparing them individually.
