Meeting Time: 09:00 AM (Departure is punctual; arrival 10 minutes prior is recommended)
Guide Identification: The guide will be waiting at the designated meeting point holding a picket sign.

- Tardiness & No-shows: This is a punctual departure tour. If you are late for the meeting time, participation may be difficult and refunds are not available.
- Minimum Participants: This tour requires a minimum of 4 people to operate. If the minimum is not met, the schedule may be changed or cancelled.
- Dress Code & Preparation: Please bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat for the strong sunlight. Comfortable shoes are recommended as there may be movement on muddy paths.
- Weather Conditions: In case of bad weather such as rain, part of the itinerary may be changed or adjusted for safety.
- Personal Expenses: Souvenirs, alcohol, and beverages purchased during the tour are not included and must be paid individually.
- Gratuities: Tips for the guide and boat rowers are not mandatory, but a gratuity of $2-$5 per person is recommended by custom.
