How It Works
After booking, you will receive a confirmation number and detailed instructions via LINE. The process is as follows:
- Booking & Information Provision: Provide accurate details including flight number, estimated arrival time, English name as it appears on your passport, and the number of passengers.
- Airport Arrival & Meeting: After disembarking, meet your dedicated staff at the designated meeting point before entering the immigration area.
- Fast Track Passage: Skip the regular immigration queue and receive priority processing via the Fast Track Lane.
- Baggage Claim & Completion: Collect your luggage after completing immigration. (For VVIP/VIP options, a luggage helper will assist in transporting bags to the exit.)
Requirements & Safety
- Eligibility: Available for passengers arriving at the International Terminal of Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN). (Not available for domestic flights)
- Visa Requirement: This service prioritizes your place in the immigration line; it is not a visa agency service. Thai passport holders enter Vietnam visa-free for tourist stays of up to 30 days. Only if you plan to stay longer do you need to arrange an e-visa in advance.
- Accurate Information: Please notify us immediately of any flight delays or changes to ensure accurate meeting matching.
- Operating Hours: Operating 24 hours a day within airport operating hours.
What to Bring & Dress Code
- Passport: Please bring a passport with sufficient validity.
- Visa Documents: Prepare a printed copy of your E-Visa or approval letter to further shorten the processing time.
- Confirmation Voucher: Please save the confirmation number and instruction message received via LINE.
Important Notes
- Regarding Visas: Please note that this service does not resolve situations where entry is denied due to missing documents or lack of a visa.
- Meeting Point: You must meet the staff at the designated meeting point; the service may be difficult to utilize if you move individually.
