How to Use the Voucher
Step 1: Booking and Receiving Voucher
After payment is completed, receive your confirmed booking voucher via the designated channel (app/email).
Step 2: Check-in and Ticket Issuance at Hanoi Station
- Standard Trains (King Sapa, Family Express): Present your voucher at the check-in area on the 2nd floor of Gate 2B, Hanoi Station, to receive your ticket.
- Premium Trains (Vic Sapa, Chapa Express): Exchange your voucher for a paper ticket at the respective train operator's exclusive VIP lounge within Hanoi Station.
Step 3: Boarding the Train
Board the train at the designated platform with your physical ticket and passport.
Step 4: Arrival at Lao Cai Station and Transfer
Upon arriving at Lao Cai Station the following dawn, transfer to Sapa town (approx. 30-35km, 45-60 mins) using a pre-booked private vehicle or local shuttle.

Operation and Location Guide
Hanoi Railway Station
- Standard Train Check-in: 2nd Floor, Gate 2B, Hanoi Station
- Premium Train Check-in: VIP Lounges of each train operator within Hanoi Station
- Operating Schedule: Generally departs Hanoi Station around 10 PM $\rightarrow$ Arrives at Lao Cai Station around 6 AM the next day
- Lao Cai Station $\rightarrow$ Sapa Transfer: Distance is approx. 30-35km; it takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour due to the mountainous terrain.
Important Notice
- This product is a train ticket reservation agency service and is only valid for the specified date and time.
- Flight Delays and Cancellations: Please note that if you miss the train due to flight delays, a separate cancellation charge will apply.
- Passport Required: A passport is mandatory for ticket issuance and inspections on the train.
- Check-in Time: It is recommended to arrive at the Hanoi Station check-in area at least 1 hour before departure.
- Cabin Configuration: If the 'shared' option is selected, you may share a cabin with others regardless of gender.
