Important Notes
- Tardiness & No-Shows: We adhere to a strict departure schedule. If you arrive after the meeting time, transport will not be available, and refunds will not be provided.
- Booking Confirmation: This is not an instant-confirmation product. It may take up to 3 business days for confirmation after booking.
- Dress Code: Sapa is a highland area and is much colder than Hanoi. Regardless of the season, please bring a light jacket and comfortable trekking shoes.
- Weather Conditions: The Fansipan cable car may stop operating during severe weather (strong winds or heavy rain). In such cases, the itinerary will be changed to an alternative based on local conditions.
- Vehicle Selection: Please choose carefully as the number of passengers and space vary depending on the vehicle grade (Sleeping Bus / 16-seater / D-Car).
- Personal Belongings: Please be careful not to lose your belongings during trekking. We recommend keeping valuables in the hotel safe.

A. English-speaking guides are provided by default. For Thai-speaking guides, please request separately during booking to check availability.
Q. Can I change the meal menu?
A. Meals are generally provided as local set menus or buffets featuring Sapa specialties (black pork, salmon, etc.). Please inform us of any allergies during booking.
Q. Will it be too difficult for children?
A. Fansipan is convenient via cable car and monorail, but Cat Cat and Ta Van villages involve significant walking. Comfortable shoes suitable for the child's age are essential.
