How to use

    Enter your email address carefully when booking — the QR code is delivered there.

  2. 2

    After our team confirms the order, the QR code and installation guide arrive by email.

  3. 3

    Install the eSIM before you leave, while still on Wi-Fi in Thailand: scan the QR code, but do not switch the line on yet.

  4. 4

    On arrival in Vietnam, turn off aeroplane mode and enable data roaming on the eSIM line in your phone settings.

  5. 5

    Your phone connects to the Viettel network automatically. The validity period starts from this moment.

FAQ

QWill eSIM work on my phone?

Dial *#06# in your phone app. If an EID number appears, your device supports eSIM. The phone must also be carrier-unlocked.

QCan I still receive calls and texts on my Thai number?
A

Yes. This eSIM is data-only, so you keep your physical SIM in the phone and your Thai number stays active.

QCan I use Grab?
A

Yes. However, this eSIM has no Vietnamese phone number, so it cannot receive verification SMS. We recommend creating and logging into your Grab account with your Thai number before you travel.

QIs unlimited data ever throttled?
A

Unlimited plans run under a fair-use policy. Data used on the phone itself is not capped, but hotspot (tethering) traffic slows down after 1GB per day.

QCan I reinstall the QR code on another phone?
A

No. The QR code can only be installed once, so scan it on the device you will actually travel with.

QWhen does the validity period start?
A

Not from the purchase date — it starts when the eSIM first connects to a Vietnamese network. Installing it early does not use up any days.
