Meeting Point Information
Meeting Point: Lobby of your reserved hotel in Hanoi (Individual pickup)
Pickup Time: 06:00 AM (The exact pickup time will be provided by the guide after booking confirmation.)
Identification: The limousine driver or guide will be waiting in front of the vehicle with a picket showing the guest's name.
Important Notes
- Punctuality: As this is a join-in tour, delays can affect the entire schedule. Please be ready 10 minutes before the pickup time.
- Booking Confirmation: This product is not instantly confirmed. We will send a confirmation email within 24-48 hours after checking vehicle and hotel availability.
- Minimum Participants: The tour may be canceled if the minimum number of participants (usually 2-4 people) is not met.
- Dress Code: Sapa is a high-altitude area and cooler than Hanoi. Please bring an outer layer and comfortable trekking shoes/sneakers regardless of the season.
- Luggage Limit: Since limousine luggage space is limited, we recommend using compact suitcases.
- Weather Variables: For safety reasons, the Fansipan cable car may stop operating during strong winds or bad weather. In such cases, the itinerary will be changed to an alternative plan based on local conditions.

Q. How do I choose the hotel?
A. You can choose between 3-star (THE VIEW) or 4-star (SAPA CHARM) during booking, and it will be confirmed based on room availability.
Q. Is everything included to reach the Fansipan summit?
A. A one-way ticket for the cable car and monorail is included. However, using the funicular for the final stretch to the peak is optional and can be paid for on-site.
Q. Is only an English guide provided?
A. An English-speaking guide is provided by default. Please inquire during the booking request regarding the availability of a Thai-speaking guide.
