- Dress Code: As you must climb approximately 500 steps at Mua Cave, please ensure you wear comfortable sneakers.
- Guide Availability: Thai-speaking guides are provided for bookings of 4 or more people. For bookings of 1-3 people, an English-speaking guide will be assigned.
- Child/Infant Policy: Child rates apply to those aged 4 to under 7 or with a height over 120cm. Infants aged 3 and under are free for one child (adult rate 50% applies from the second child).
- Punctuality & No-Shows: Please be punctual for the pickup time to ensure a prompt departure. If you are late, it may be difficult to proceed with the tour.
