Important Notes
- Tardiness and No-Shows: We adhere to a strict departure schedule. If you are late for the meeting time, boarding may be difficult and refunds are not available.
- Guide Assignment: Thai-speaking guides are assigned for bookings of 4 or more adults. For bookings of 1-3 people, the tour will be conducted with an English-speaking guide.
- Child and Infant Policy: Child rates apply to children aged 4 to under 7 or those 120cm or taller. Infants aged 3 and under are free for the first child; from the second child onwards, 50% of the adult fare applies.
- Dress Code: As the tour includes climbing the Mua Cave stairs and visiting Bai Dinh Temple, comfortable sneakers and modest attire (for temple visits) are recommended.
- Pickup Restrictions: Pickups outside the Old Quarter (West Lake, Airport, etc.) may incur additional costs or may be restricted.
- Dietary Requests: If you are vegetarian or have specific allergies, please make a request in advance at the time of booking.

A. While not included in the official cost, a small gratuity for the rower is customarily recommended.
Q. Will it be too difficult to go with children?
A. In the case of Mua Cave, there are many stairs, so children require guardian supervision. The Trang An boat tour is a course that children typically enjoy very much.
Q. What is on the lunch menu?
