- Lateness & No-Shows: If you arrive after the departure time, boarding may be difficult, and in such cases, refunds are not available.
- Fansipan Tickets: Cable car and monorail tickets are purchased individually on-site; operation depends on weather conditions.
- Dress Code: Sapa is a high-altitude area and is much colder than Hanoi. Please bring an outer layer and comfortable sneakers regardless of the season.
- Travel Time: The Hanoi-Sapa route involves long-distance travel of over 12 hours round trip.
- Personal Items: As the wind is strong at the Fansipan summit, windbreakers and warm clothing are recommended.

A. Sleeping buses can have limited space. If traveling with children or seniors, we strongly recommend the 9-seater D-Car or 16-seater vehicle options.
Q. Does the guide stay with us for the entire trip?
A. Yes, a professional guide accompanies you for the entire itinerary, from the Hanoi pickup, through Sapa sightseeing, until the return to Hanoi.
