Booking & Usage Guide
This product operates on a prior reservation basis, and it takes approximately one day for confirmation after the request. Once you receive the confirmation message, please wait in your hotel lobby at the designated pickup time.

- Last Booking Slot: Up to 21:00 for the 60-minute course
- Check-in: To ensure a smooth process, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your appointment and presenting your e-ticket on-site.
Important Notices
- Please be punctual for your appointment to ensure the pickup vehicle dispatch. (No refunds for no-shows)
- Pregnant women, individuals with heart disease, or those with skin conditions must notify us in advance.
- Massage services may be restricted after excessive alcohol consumption for safety reasons.
- Therapist tips are not mandatory but are recommended based on your satisfaction. (Conventional tip: 50,000 ~ 100,000 VND)
- For resorts in the far North (Grand World) or far South, additional charges may apply or pickup availability may need to be re-confirmed due to distance limitations.
