Reservation & Usage Guide
This product operates on a pre-reservation basis, and it takes approximately one day for confirmation. Please present the e-ticket sent after confirmation at the venue.
- Arrival Time: We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your reserved time for a smooth experience.
- Operating Hours: Open daily (The last reservation time by course is 21:00 for the 60-minute course and 20:00 for the 120-minute course.)
Precautions for Use
- In case of lateness or no-shows, service time may be shortened or use may be restricted.
- Pregnant women, people with heart disease, or hypertension must notify us in advance; treatment may be limited based on the therapist's judgment.
- If you have skin diseases or allergies, please let us know when choosing the oil.
- Massage after drinking alcohol is prohibited as it may be hazardous to your health.
- Tipping Culture: In accordance with Vietnamese spa culture, providing a courtesy tip to the therapist is recommended.
