How it Works

We meticulously manage everything from pre-booking to pickup.

1. Booking Request: Book at least 2 days before the desired pickup date by specifying the design, message, and flavor.
2. Booking Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation notice within approximately 1 day after the local vendor verifies availability.
3. Cake Production: A professional pastry chef carefully crafts the cake according to your requested design.
4. Pickup and Delivery: Pick up your cake between 08:00 and 19:00 daily at your designated location (hotel lobby or vendor shop). (For delivery services, Grab or quick courier services are utilized).

Terms and Conditions

• Booking Deadline: Due to the nature of custom production, bookings must be completed at least 2 days prior to the pickup date.
• Pickup Hours: Pickup and delivery are only available daily from 08:00 to 19:00.
• Allergy Warning: If you have allergies to specific ingredients (e.g., nuts, dairy), please inform us during the booking process.
• Storage Note: As the local climate in Vietnam is hot and humid, we recommend refrigerating the cake immediately upon receipt.

What to Bring & Dress Code

• Booking Voucher: Please have your mobile voucher ready for verification upon pickup.
• Cake Toppers/Candles: Feel free to use your own special toppers or candles in addition to the basic setup.
• Confirm Pickup Location: For hotel lobby pickups, it is recommended to check with the hotel in advance whether external food/cake deliveries are permitted.

• Booking Confirmation: This product is not instantly confirmed; it will be confirmed after verification with the local vendor.
• Design Requests: For detailed designs or complex lettering, providing a reference image is recommended for accurate implementation.
• Delivery Fee: When delivering from Duong Dong city shops to southern resort complexes, additional delivery fees may apply based on distance and must be paid locally.
• Punctuality: Please strictly adhere to the pickup time, as pickup is not possible after operating hours (08:00-19:00).
