How It Works
- Step 1: Booking Request - Select your desired date and care duration (options such as 4 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours, etc.) to make a reservation.
- Step 2: Booking Confirmation - After the request, a confirmation period of approximately one day is required (this product is not available for instant confirmation).
- Step 3: Receive Voucher - Save and keep the voucher sent to you after confirmation.
- Step 4: Sitter Matching & Meeting - At the appointed time, a professional babysitter will visit your resort room or the designated location.
- Step 5: Care Service - Enjoy your time while the childcare service is provided within the resort.
Terms & Safety
- Safety First: Only personnel who have completed prior safety training through the professional agency (Coco Babysitter) are assigned.
- Scope of Care: Care is primarily focused on the resort room and facilities. Accompanying external tours is limited and requires prior consultation.
- Language Communication: Sitters speak Vietnamese and English. While Korean communication is difficult, we provide detailed care based on the requests submitted during booking.
- Service Limitations: This is a basic childcare service and does not provide medical procedures or professional therapeutic childcare.
What to Bring & Dress Code
- Child's Personal Items: Please prepare toys, favorite dolls, and snacks that your child enjoys.
- Activity Attire: Please prepare swimwear, rash guards, extra clothes, and towels for use at the swimming pool or kids' club.
- Hygiene Products: Please bring a sufficient supply of essential hygiene items such as diapers, wet wipes, and personal baby bottles.
- Sun Protection: We recommend preparing children's sunscreen and hats for outdoor activities.

- Confirmation Period: This is not an instant confirmation product; it takes approximately one day for confirmation after booking.
- Punctuality: Please adhere to the appointed meeting time for smooth matching and service delivery.
