- Customized Support: Local restaurant reservations, ticket purchases, real-time information, and communication assistance during transit.
- Airport Drop-off: Safe transfer to Phu Quoc International Airport at the end of your itinerary to conclude the service.
Terms & Safety
- Vehicle Safety: All vehicles are regularly inspected for safety and are fully insured.
- Manager Accompaniment: More than just a driver, a Concierge (Journey Manager) accompanies you to provide immediate Korean-language response in case of unexpected situations or emergencies.
- Operating Hours: Operation is recommended between 08:00 and 20:00 (or 22:00), and is limited to approximately 12 hours per day to ensure the driver's rest.
- Travel Distance: There are no distance limits, but since travel from the south to the north takes 3-4 hours round trip, efficient itinerary planning is recommended.
- Weather Impact: Vehicle services operate normally during rain, but travel times may be delayed depending on road conditions.
What to Bring & Dress Code
- Essentials: Passport, voucher (mobile or printed), personal medication, sunscreen, parasol, etc.
- Dress Code: Light summer clothing and comfortable shoes suitable for Phu Quoc's hot weather are recommended.
- Others: It is recommended to bring your own bottled water or light snacks for use inside the vehicle.
