How it Works
The process is simple, from reservation to service use.
- Reservation & Confirmation: We will notify you of the reservation confirmation within one day after booking. (Please note that this is not an instant confirmation product.)
- Receive Voucher: Save the mobile voucher sent after confirmation and present it upon arrival.
- Visit the Shop: Visit 'Ace Barber Shop' located within the Sonasea complex in Phu Quoc (near Sonasea Night Market).
- Total Care Process: Following the expert's guidance, the service proceeds in the order of shaving, ear cleaning, hand/foot care, full-body massage, and shampoo.
- Service Completion: The care ends after approximately 90 to 120 minutes (varies by course). Please provide a gratuity (tip) to the therapist to conclude the service.

- Eligibility: Available for people of all ages and genders; highly recommended for family visitors.
- Health Precautions: If you have severe skin diseases or allergic reactions, you must inform the therapist before the service begins.
- Pregnant Women & Medical Conditions: Pregnant women or those with severe back/joint diseases should avoid strong-pressure massages and consult in advance.
- Hygiene Management: Ace Barber Shop is operated cleanly with modern facilities, and tools are sterilized and organized after every service.
- Safety Rules: Please maintain a comfortable posture according to the therapist's instructions during sensitive care, such as ear cleaning.
What to Bring & Dress Code
- Comfortable Clothing: Since you will change clothes or wear a gown during the process, light clothing that is easy to put on and take off is recommended.
- Personal Hygiene Products: Basic care supplies are provided, but you may bring your own preferred skincare products.
- Payment Method: Please prepare a small amount of Vietnamese Dong (VND) cash for the therapist's gratuity (approx. 50,000~100,000 VND).
- Voucher: Please ensure you have your mobile voucher (QR or text) ready for reservation confirmation.
