How to Use Voucher
Enter easily using the mobile QR voucher sent after your reservation.
- Receive Voucher: The QR ticket will be sent via the designated channel (App/Email) within 1 business day after booking confirmation.
- Entry Procedure: Present the QR code saved on your smartphone at the entrance of VinWonders or Vinpearl Safari.
- QR Scanning: Once the staff scans the QR code, entry is complete immediately; there is no need to exchange it for a physical ticket.
- Using F&B Vouchers: Eligible promotion participants can present their vouchers at designated restaurants (Safari Restaurant, VinWonders Food Court, etc.) to receive benefits.

- Validity: Valid on the date specified at purchase or within the designated period after purchase.
- Entry Condition: Valid for a single entry per person (No re-entry allowed).
- Purchase Limit: No limit on the number of tickets purchased per person.
- Pre-registration: Entry is possible with the QR code alone, without the need for separate app registration.
- Promotion Period: March 20, 2026 โ September 30, 2026 (Please check for specific blackout dates).

Operation & Location
The two facilities are adjacent, and you can move conveniently using the internal free shuttle bus.
- Vinpearl Safari: 09:00 ~ 16:00 (Strict adherence to animal protection and closing times).
- VinWonders: 09:00 ~ 20:00 (Includes night fountain shows and other events).
- Recommended Route: We strongly recommend visiting Vinpearl Safari in the morning when animals are most active, and VinWonders (including Water Park) in the afternoon.
- Major Restaurant Locations: 'Safari Restaurant' at the safari tour bus drop-off point and the 'Food Court' near the main entrance of VinWonders.
Important Notice
- This ticket is only valid on the specified date and must be used on that day.
- Voucher Blackout Dates: F&B vouchers are not provided during the following periods: April 25โ27, April 30โMay 3, and August 29โSeptember 2.
- Please note that it takes approximately 1 business day for confirmation after booking; this is not an instant-confirmation product.
- If the QR code scan fails, please present your booking confirmation (voucher) and passport at the ticket office for verification.
- The complex is very large, so please be sure to use the free shuttle bus for transportation.
- F&B vouchers can only be used for designated set menus or within a fixed amount; any excess amount must be paid on-site.
- Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in denied entry.
- Operating hours and access to some attractions may be restricted due to local circumstances or bad weather.
- Entry may be restricted if prohibited items (outside food, hazardous materials, etc.) are carried.
