1. Receive Voucher: After booking confirmation, receive your QR ticket via the designated channel (app or email).
2. Entry Procedure: Scan the QR code at the Vinpearl Safari entrance for immediate entry without the need to exchange it for a physical ticket.
3. Using the Voucher: For promotion eligible guests, present the F&B voucher at designated restaurants (Flamingo, Rhino, Giraffe Restaurant, etc.) or kiosks to receive benefits.

Operation & Location

• Operating Hours: 09:00 ~ 16:00 (Hours may vary by season; please check before visiting).
• Duration: Average of 3–5 hours for a full tour.
• Location: Located within the VinWonders complex in Northern Phu Quoc (near Grand World).

Important Notes

• This ticket is only valid on the specified date and must be used on that day.
• Booking confirmation takes approximately 1 day; this is not an instant confirmation product.
